Mini Sports Day

Mini Sports Fest 2022 was conducted on 16 March,2022. The day kickstarted with Principal Rev.Dr. Mathew Thengumpally CMI inaugurating it. This intended to bring the students outdoors. The school quadrangle was the venue. Football , Basketball and Dodgeball were the events. The Physical Education teachers and other teachers took charge of the day’s conduct of events. It was a two-hour event which brought the students to bask in the sun together after a couple of years.


The school bid farewell to the students of Class XII on 17 March, 2022. Fr Dr Mathew Thengumpally CMI gave an inspiring message to the outgoing batch. Dedication prayer was delivered by Rev. Fr Tinto Pulinchuvallil CMI. The toast to the outgoing batch was proposed by Keshav Ranjith and the reply to the toast was given by Gautam Krishna of Class XII. To Cherish the sweet memories of their school life , mementos were presented to each of the outgoing students by our Principal. Class X teachers gave flowers to their students and wished them

Annual Day

Christ Nagar Hr Sec. School, Trivandrum celebrated its Annual Day on 08 March, 2022 at Conference Hall adhering Covid protocol. The Chief Guest was Shri Sparjan Kumar IPS ( Commissioner of Police, Trivandrum City) who graced the occasion with his valuable presence. Rev Fr Paul Mangad CMI , Manager, Christ Nagar Group of Institutions delivered the Presidential address. The other dignitaries present on the day were Rev Fr Bino Pattarkalam, Principal, Christ Nagar Central School and Christ Nagar English Hr Sec . School, Rev Dr Mathew Thengumpally CMI , Principal, Christ Nagar Hr Sec.School ,Mr Thomas Mani ,Vice Principal and Dennis Jacob ,a Parent Representative. The day witnessed a variety of cultural programmes.

Republic Day Celebration

Christ Nagar celebrated this years Republic day with much vigour and Splendour. The Spectacular march-past by the NCC cadets lead by the parade commander CSM Ananya Pramod Raghavan accompanied by a patriotic dance performance of the NCC cadets made the celebration a remarkable one. The National flag was hoisted by Principal Rev. Dr. Mathew Thengumpally CMI in presence of Associate NCC officer 3rd officer Aseena Dileep. In consideration to the pandemic the programme was conducted in accordance with the covid protocols.


Under the support and leadership of our respected Principal Rev Fr Mathew Thengampally and Thomas Mani sir, 30 of our 8th std students are part of a student exchange program with Tadanoumi Higashimachi School, Hiroshima, Japan. A study and discussion on UN goals in relation to Covid was conducted. A mural painting was also done, half by the Japanese students and the rest by our students. A cultural exchange program will also be conducted online.
